Quarter Master 2-disc pressure plate 184mm ”Rally”
Suitable for Rally, Rallycross, Drifting, etc., as they have a longer service life.
Designed for a 184 mm sintered clutch disc with a thickness of 6.35 mm.
Complete with pressure ring and floater plate.
* Clutch discs must be purchased separately.
Suitable for torque up to approximately 1200 Nm.
A new bolt pattern must be drilled into the flywheel.
Also check that it fits the specific flywheel you intend to use. Keep in mind that there must be enough surface area on the flywheel for the clutch disc. The clutch disc contact surface measures 184 mm outer diameter and 135 mm inner diameter.
Also make sure the clutch disc clears components such as flywheel bolts, etc.
Installation dimensions:
- The bolt circle is as follows: 7.875 +/- .002 (200.03 mm +/- 0.05 mm).
- The flywheel is a stepped flywheel, and the step is .100 +/- .001 (2.54 mm +/- 0.025 mm).
- The O.D. of this step needs to be 7.356 +/- .001 (186.84 mm +/- 0.025 mm).
The release bearing must always be adjusted so that the length matches the pressure plate.
